Can we book regular or repeat lifts?
Yes. Tell us what you usually lift and where, then send each job as it comes up — by the form, phone or email — and it goes to the same dispatch team.
Which parts of BC do you cover?
Our own crews work across Metro Vancouver and the Fraser Valley, usually same-day. Elsewhere in the province we match your lift with a vetted contractor near the site — tell us the address and we'll confirm who can be there, and when.
Who actually shows up?
Either our own crew or a contractor from our network. Either way you deal with one dispatcher and one point of contact from booking to completion.
How much notice do you need?
24–48 hours is ideal for planned lifts. Urgent and same-day work is welcome — call dispatch and we'll do our best.
